Carrot Cake 

2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 (8 Oz) can crushed pineapple
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped nuts 

Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix sugar, eggs and oil together and add to sifted dry ingredients. Blend well and add pineapple, carrots and nuts. Bake at 350 f. For 35 to 40 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
