Chocolate Cake Roll 

3 eggs plus 1 egg white
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder 

Beat eggs and sugar together. Sift together and gradually add to egg mixture the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 400 F. For 8 to 10 minutes on wax paper covered cookie sheet, greased well.

Filling: cream together until smooth and creamy;

3/4 cube butter
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 egg yolk 

Spread on cooled cake and roll as for jelly roll. Keep tightly rolled in waxed paper and refrigerate.
