Fudgy Chocolate Frosting 

1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup milk
3 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup chopped pecans 

In small saucepan, melt butter; stir in cocoa, then milk. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in sugar, then nuts. Spread on warm cake.
