Hungarian Frosting 

3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 1/2 tbsp. hot water
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup butter,softened 

Combine melted chocolate, sugar, water. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add butter, 1 tbsp. At a time, beating until of spreading consistency.
