Poppy Seed Cake 

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 pkg. instant coconut pudding
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup poppy seeds 

Beat eggs for 4 minutes, add other ingredients, beating until well blended. Pour into 9x13 pan, or tube pan. Bake at 350 F. For 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and drizzle with thin icing.
