Soft Chocolate Frosting 

1 cup confectioners sugar
1 egg
Dash salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate 

Gradually add sugar to slightly beaten egg. Beat until light and smooth. Add salt and melted chocolate, blending well. Add vanilla. Cool before spreading.
