Vinegar Cake 

4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vinegar 

Separate eggs. Beat sugar, egg whites and flavoring together. Beat until stiff, but not dry. Combine egg yolks and vinegar and beat. Fold two mixtures together. Sift 1 cup flour into mixture. Pour into ungreased square or angel cake pan. Bake at 350 F. Until done.
